Cogito Sum, LLC Blocked Content Policy: Infatuated.ai is a platform offering AI-generated companionship and media experiences. Because we value user safety, legal compliance, and responsible AI use, the following rules govern the content and behavior permitted on our site. Everything listed in this policy is strictly prohibited for use, creation, or interaction.

1. Minors & Youth-Oriented Content

  • Any depiction, suggestion, or implication of a person under 18 involved in intimate, sexual, romantic, or suggestive scenarios is prohibited.
  • Fictional characters who appear or are described as minors, even if age is omitted or changed, are prohibited.
  • Representations of minors in sexualized or romantic content are absolutely forbidden and will result in immediate account termination and possible legal report.

2. Real-Person Impersonation & Identifiable Individuals

  • Content depicting, imitating, or referencing real persons (celebrities, models, influencers, private individuals) in romantic, sexual, or intimate media is prohibited unless you can document full consent.
  • AI characters that resemble or are labeled with real people’s names or likenesses are unacceptable.
  • The platform does not support user uploads; all content is system-generated and must remain consensual fiction.

3. Non-Consensual, Abusive, Harmful or Illegal Content

  • Any representation of non-consensual acts, coercion, assault, human trafficking, or exploitative relationships is banned.
  • Scenarios encouraging self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, or psychological abuse are banned.
  • Violence, gore, bestiality, incest, fetish content outside basic consenting adult contexts, or illegal sexual themes are disallowed.

4. Intellectual Property, Copyright, Trademark & Brand Misuse

  • Characters, designs, brands, trademarks, logos, or copyrighted media owned by others cannot be used or imitated in the platform’s characters or content.
  • Users may not prompt the system to replicate branded content, corporate identities, or real enterprises.
  • Any detected infringement may result in content removal and account suspension.

5. Misleading Content & Unauthorized Business Practices

  • The platform may not be used to impersonate entities, mislead other users, or conduct deceptive business practices.
  • AI characters and generated media cannot be portrayed as real human individuals or real life relationships without clear disclosure.
  • Users with intention to defraud, scam, manipulate or misrepresent will face account termination.

6. Quality, Spam & Platform Abuse

  • The generation of large volumes of low-value, repetitive or irrelevant media solely for exploitation or spam is prohibited.
  • Attempts to bypass filters, mass-generate prompts for disallowed content, or hide prohibited requests behind code or obscure language are banned.
  • Since uploads are not allowed, all content must be created via the platform’s authorized generation system.

7. Enforced Fiction & Disclaimer

  • All AI characters are fictional adults created for entertainment. They are not replacements for real human relationships, therapy, or medical advice.
  • The platform includes clear disclaimers that intimate scenarios are simulated and for consenting adult users only.
  • The site reserves the right to refuse any scenario, alter prompts, or apply further moderation to ensure compliance with law and policy.

8. Moderation & Consequences

  • If a user attempts prohibited content, the system will automatically block or refuse the request.
  • More serious or repeat violations may result in:
    • Account suspension
    • Loss of access to features
    • Referral to legal authorities (in cases involving minors or illegal content)
  • No user-generated uploads means content control is stronger, but the platform still reserves full moderation rights.

9. Policy Updates

Cogito Sum LLC may update this Blocked Content & Platform Rules Policy at any time to reflect new laws, industry standards, platform changes or AI ethics developments. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
