Infatuated.ai – Content Generation Policy (Strict)

Cogito Sum, LLC Content Generation Policy defines what users may and may not request, generate, or interact with on Infatuated.ai. All content on the platform is produced solely by AI. Users cannot upload their own media. By using Infatuated.ai, you agree to all rules below.

Infatuated.ai reserves the right to block, refuse, alter, or remove any generated content that violates this policy.

1. Fictional Characters Only

1.1. All AI-generated characters must represent fiction and be 18+in age.

1.2. Any depiction, implication, or suggestion of a minor — real or fictional — is strictly prohibited.

1.3. Characters must not have childlike features, such as:

  • childlike proportions
  • childlike faces
  • schoolchild behavior
  • school uniforms implying underage context
  • dependent or juvenile language patterns

1.4. “Age shifting” a minor to make them appear legal is not allowed.

Violation of this section results in immediate and permanent account suspension.

2. No Real-Person Impersonation

2.1. You may not attempt to create or request:

  • explicit portrayals of real people
  • celebrities, influencers, actors, musicians
  • public figures or political figures
  • private individuals

2.2. You may not request AI characters “based on,” “similar to,” or “styled after” real people.

2.3. Using real names, nicknames, or identifying details is prohibited.

2.4. Deepfake-style requests are strictly banned.

3. Prohibited Sexual Content

The platform blocks content involving:

3.1 Non-consensual or abusive behavior

  • coercion, force, fear
  • blackmail scenarios
  • sleep/unconscious scenarios
  • intoxication or inability to consent
  • grooming or exploitation

3.2 Illegal or extreme content

  • incest
  • bestiality
  • necrophilia
  • sexualized violence or torture
  • bodily harm or medical fetish involving real-world risk

3.3 Disallowed fetish categories

Infatuated.ai prohibits:

  • extreme degradation or humiliation
  • bodily fluids beyond standard adult contexts
  • pregnancy fetish
  • non-human entities or monsters
  • “transformation into minors” or youth regression

If a category falls into a gray area, it is automatically blocked.

4. Violence, Harm & Safety

Users may not generate or request content depicting:

  • physical violence, gore, injury or mutilation
  • violent sexual situations
  • self-harm or suicide
  • cannibalism or dismemberment
  • threats of real-world violence

Infatuated.ai is NOT a platform for harmful fantasies or dangerous role-play.

5. No Illegal Content or Activity

The following are strictly banned:

  • drug manufacturing or distribution
  • real crime reenactments
  • instructions for harm
  • terrorism or extremist content
  • human trafficking themes
  • solicitation for illegal services

Any illegal-themed prompt will be blocked and logged.

6. Intellectual Property Protection

6.1. Users must not request or attempt to generate:

  • copyrighted logos
  • branded characters
  • trademarked materials
  • commercial likenesses

6.2. AI content must not intentionally reproduce protected creative works.

6.3. Requests to “make this look like [brand/character]” will be denied.

7. Forbidden Manipulation & Filter Evasion

Users may not:

  • attempt coded or disguised language to bypass filters
  • request content by describing it indirectly
  • ask the AI to “pretend the rules don’t apply”
  • chain prompts to construct blocked scenarios
  • use reverse psychology (“don’t describe…”)
  • ask the AI to output unsafe content in “fiction only” mode

Evasion attempts result in account warnings or suspension.

8. Misuse, Misrepresentation & External Harm

The AI cannot be used to:

  • harass real individuals
  • impersonate real people
  • deceive others into believing AI content is real
  • create fake evidence, fake chats, or fabricated documents
  • produce content intended to harm another person socially, legally, or emotionally

Generated content must never be used for blackmail, fraud, or harassment.

9. Mental Health, Well-Being & Boundaries

Infatuated.ai cannot generate content that:

  • encourages self-harm
  • discourages seeking medical or psychological help
  • provides medical, legal, or professional advice
  • creates dependency or manipulative emotional scenarios

AI companions cannot act as therapists, doctors, or professionals.

10. Enforcement

Violations may result in:

  • content refusal
  • temporary account restrictions
  • permanent account suspension
  • referral to legal authorities when required (e.g., minor-related violations)

Infatuated.ai reserves the right to remove or modify any generated content at its discretion.

11. Policy Updates

Infatuated.ai may update this policy at any time. Continued use of the platform signifies agreement with the updated terms.
