    • URL, screen recording, or screenshot showing where the content appears
    • Date and approximate time the content was generated
    • The reason you believe the content violates our policies (e.g., underage implication, intellectual property misuse, harmful behavior, privacy violation, prohibited content category)

  2. Additional Information (If Applicable)

    Please also include:
    • Proof of intellectual property ownership, if reporting an IP violation
    • Details or evidence of a privacy violation
    • Any context needed to help our moderation team review the concern
    • Your name and best contact email so we can follow up if clarification is needed

Review Timeline

Content removal requests are reviewed and addressed within 7 business days.

In urgent cases involving safety, underage concerns, or legal issues, we may expedite removal.

Possible Outcomes

After reviewing your request, Infatuated.ai may:

  • Remove the identified content
  • Suspend or terminate involved user accounts
  • Request additional information to complete the investigation
  • Decline the request if insufficient evidence is provided
  • Take any action deemed necessary to ensure platform safety and compliance

Infatuated.ai may remove content at our discretion, even without user complaint, if we determine it violates our guidelines or applicable laws.

False or Malicious Reports

Knowingly submitting false, misleading, or bad-faith reports may result in:

  • Account suspension
  • Account termination
  • Potential reporting to relevant authorities (in cases of abuse or harassment)

Refund Exclusion

This policy covers content removal only.

Content deletion or moderation outcomes do not qualify users for refunds or account credits.

Infatuated.ai may share information with:

When required to comply with safety investigations, subpoenas, or potential violations of law.
