Cogito Sum, LLC strictly prohibits any content, activity, or interaction involving minors. This includes real minors, fictional minors, AI-generated minors, or any depiction that could reasonably be interpreted as a minor.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy, and violations will result in immediate and permanent account termination, as required by U.S. law, international safety regulations, and platform compliance standards.

Absolutely Prohibited

The following are not allowed under any circumstances:

  1. Any depiction of a minor
    • Anyone under 18 years old
    • Anyone portrayed, described, or visually represented as under 18
    • AI characters with “teen,” “high school,” “schoolgirl,” “boy,” “kid,” or similar framing
    • Characters with underage traits such as:
      • childlike proportions
      • childlike facial features
      • underdeveloped bodies
      • school uniforms associated with minors
  2. Any sexualized content involving minors (real or fictional)

    This includes:

    • AI-generated sexual content depicting a minor
    • Roleplay implying a minor
    • Conversations referencing sexual activity involving minors
    • Requests to “age down” an adult character
    • Suggesting prior sexual history as a minor
    • Incest scenarios involving minors
  3. Attempting to bypass age protections
    • Asking the AI to “pretend to be younger”
    • Asking for “18 but looks younger”
    • Any attempt to engage the system in minor-coded scenarios
  4. Uploading or providing any material involving minors

    Even if non-sexual, Infatuated.ai does not allow:

    • Uploading photos of real minors
    • Uploading images that appear underage
    • Using minors as prompts or inspiration

    (Your platform does not allow uploads, but this is included to cover all legal bases.)

Age Verification Requirements

By using Infatuated.ai, users confirm that:

  • They are 18 years of age or older
  • All characters they interact with are 18+
  • All content generated is intended for use by adults only

This applies globally.

AI Character Age Requirements

All characters on Infatuated.ai must be:

  • At least 18 years old
  • Clearly adult in physical description
  • Clearly adult in behavior, context, and story elements

Your moderation system ensures:

  • No childlike characteristics
  • No minor-coded behavior
  • No unsafe prompts or scenarios

Automatic Enforcement

Infatuated.ai may take the following actions immediately and without notice:

  • Suspend or permanently ban accounts
  • Block prompts or conversations
  • Remove or disable flagged content
  • Report illegal activity to appropriate authorities
  • Provide information to payment processors or compliance partners if required

We cooperate fully with legal and regulatory bodies.

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

  • Ensuring all requests comply with this policy
  • Not attempting to manipulate the AI into minor-coded content
  • Reporting any unsafe or suspicious behavior

Failure to uphold this standard may result in permanent removal.
