• Monthly Subscriptions (Plan #1), 3-Month Subscriptions (Plan #2) & 12-Month Subscriptions (Plan #3):
  • All sales are final. Refunds are not offered for monthly subscriptions due to the immediate access granted to the service and token allocation. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.
• Free Plan:
  • The free plan is offered without charge, and therefore, no refunds are applicable.

• Token Bundles (Bundle 1, Bundle 2, Bundle 3):
  • Due to the nature of token bundles, all purchases are final and non-refundable once the tokens have been added to your account. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be provided regardless of whether tokens have been used.

• We reserve the right to refuse any request that we believe is fraudulent or abusive.
