Welcome to Infatuated.ai! These community guidelines outline how you should engage respectfully, safely, and responsibly on our platform. They apply to all users and activities on our site. By using Infatuated.ai, you agree to follow these rules. Violations may result in content removal, feature restrictions, or account suspension.

1. Respect Others and Yourself

  • Use respectful, courteous language toward the AI characters and other community members (when applicable).
  • Harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual assault references, or discriminatory language will not be tolerated.
  • You’re allowed to express emotions or fantasies within the platform’s boundaries — but any content that promotes real-world harm or illegal behavior is forbidden.

2. Use the Platform for Its Intended Purpose

  • Infatuated.ai is designed for simulated companion experiences with AI characters, for consenting adult users only.
  • Do not attempt to use the platform for real-world dating arrangements, financial advice, financial scams, fortune telling, impersonation, or external solicitation.
  • Any requests or content that clearly move beyond fiction (e.g., real-person sharing contact info, offline meet-ups, minors, etc.) are prohibited.

3. Privacy Matters

  • Do not share your personal information (email, phone number, address) within chats or prompts unless you’re comfortable doing so and understand the risk.
  • Do not request personal data from others (real people) via the platform.
  • Always remember: AI companions are simulations, so treat them as fictional personas, not real individuals.

4. Moderated Content & Prohibited Behavior

  • The platform moderates and blocks content that violates our Blocked Content & Site Rules Policy — you must review and follow that policy too.
  • Absolutely no child content, non-consensual scenarios, real-person impersonation, illegal or exploitative behavior, or trademark / copyright violations.
  • If you see content that violates these rules, please report it to our moderation team immediately.

5. Safe Usage & Consent

  • All experiences are meant for consenting adults. Role-play and simulated intimacy in the platform must remain within those boundaries.
  • If you ever feel uncomfortable, you can stop or change the scenario at any time.
  • The platform provides a safe space; any legitimate help regarding emotional health should be sought from real-life professionals.

6. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

  • The content generated by Infatuated.ai belongs to the platform and is granted for your personal, non-commercial use only.
  • You may not reproduce, resell, or publish generated content outside of the platform without explicit permission.
  • Please respect the rights of others and avoid requesting or using characters or prompts that breach copyright, trademark, or other rights.

7. Reporting Issues & Appeals

  • Reported issues are reviewed by our moderation team and appropriate action will be taken.
  • If your account is moderated and you believe it was a mistake, you may appeal by providing relevant details.

8. Updates to These Guidelines

Cogito Sum LLC may update these Community Guidelines at any time to reflect new features, legal compliance requirements, or ethical standards. Changes take effect when published; continued use of the platform means you accept the new version.
